In 18 minutes, with a partner, one person working at a time.

2000m row, Then max rounds in the remaining time:
32 American kettlebell swings
24 burpees over partner in an elbow plank hold
16 ring rows while partner hangs on a pull-up bar

Scaling Guide: 1.5 – 3 rounds.

Athletic: 25/35
Health: 20/25
Scale as needed

In 11 minutes –

1000m row, Then max rounds in the remaining time:
16 American kettlebell swings
12 burpees
8 ring rows
