Extra credit work update

Hey Team,

You may have noticed that there is no “extra credit” work being posted on the website…  There still is extra credit work for those that are interested.  Remember this is something that you do after the class program is completed.  I will be adding it to the HP program and posting it on the cork board in the gym. There will not be any extra credit work this week, we are in a lower volume week / deload week. Looking for some extra lifting, conditioning or skill work to get you ready for the CrossFit Open, join our Facebook group – https://www.facebook.com/groups/496350873741117/ and book a session with one of our coaches to set some goals to get you on the right track and guidelines for the extra programming.

Do you recognize today’s workout?  You should because we do this barbell complex quite often.  The purpose of it is to get stronger.  With all the PRs you have been hitting on your squats and presses lately, you should be able to use a heavier weight this time.  Challenge yourself!  What is the worst that can happen?  You don’t hit as many rounds as you did the last time you did this workout, but you went out of your comfort zone and tried something new! Remember – form is #1!!!!!!  So ask your Coach to check out your movement before settling in on a weight for the workout.
