Skill Practice Warm Up: fun game

Strength: 3-3-3-3-3 Push Press, increasing weight to max

Super Set: 3-3-3-3-3 weighted pistol – or progression (5 sets of 3 reps on each leg, increasing weight to max)

Metabolic Conditioning: “Bad Moon Rising“

7 minute AMRAP

4 strict weighted pull-ups – with a dumbbell
10 burpees

Performance: 10/25
Athletic: 5/10
Health: smallest band possible

Scaling Guide: 4 – 8 rounds, about 1:10 per round.

Scale up: 20/45lbs
