Enjoy CrossFit Open workout 11.4. When doing the barhop burpees, find a consistent pace that you are able to keep breathing and keep your heart rate relatively low. They will take longer than you expect. If you race through them, you will gas yourself for the overhead squats and will need to rest. The overhead squat will be a little more challenging when your shoulders are fatigued from 60 burpees. If possible, it is best to snatch the weight up. If it is too heavy to snatch you will need to clean it, jerk it and lower it to the back of your shoulders.
