Hey Gang,

It’s a long weekend but that doesn’t mean you can’t get your WOD on!  Two classes are running today so if you’re in town and want to train, drop in to the Zone!

Today’s Workout

Buy-in: 3 rounds of – 10 goblet squats, 10 double crunch, 10 pushups, 10 pvc overhead squats

WOD:  Clockers

Grab a partner of any zone and make a team name – Muppets theme!

In a team of 2, rotate through the stations at 1 minute per station.

For 4 rounds of:

  • Burpee pull-ups
  • Kettle bell swings (35/55)
  • Step-down box jump (20/24)
  • Combine the lowest reps of each station for each partner for the total score.

Zone 2 – scale kbs and box jump height as needed, substitute a burpee followed by a jumping pullup (low bar)

Zone 1 – scale as needed
