Partner Ladders

Today we’ve got an ascending ladder partner work out. You’ll go up by ones for the burpees and push-ups (1-10), while you and your partner will do only even numbers on the KB swings and air squats (2-20). Alternate with your partner and have a good time!

EMOM for 10min:
-3 PS + OHS (1 PS + 1 OHS = 1 rep)


Partner WOD P1/P2
-Burpee 1 to 10 x 1
-KB Swing (Russian) 2 to 20 x 2
-Push-up 1 to 10 x 1
-Air squat 2 to 20 x 2

RX: 35/55
Zone 3: 30/45, band push-up
Zone 2: 25/35, box push-up, step-back burpee
Zone 1: scale as needed
