Let`s give a shout out to Coach Lucas (AKA – Scoots) for competing in the BCWA Provincial Championships this past weekend. Lucas snatched 132kg and clean and jerked 160kg. Congratulations Lucas for breaking the Provincial record for the 85kg weight class in the snatch. Way to go Lucas!
The workout today should not be a long grinder, it should not take any longer than 15 minutes (closer to 10 minutes). Make sure to scale the ring dips as needed, so you are not resting a minute between reps. The power clean weight is meant to be a little heavier than moderate, but no more than 70% of your 1RM to give you a weight percentage guideline.
