:15 Mountain climbers
:15 Ring rows


Pull-up/dip complex


6 rounds (3 per person):
P1: 250m row
P2: American KB swing

Rest 1min

6 rounds (3 per person):
P1: 400m run
P2: plank hold

*Alternate exercises until both partners have completed 3 rounds of each exercise at each station

Z1: scale as needed
