I seem to see all sorts of interesting infomercials if I ever get caught up watching late night television.  The theme of the evening the other day happened to be quick and easy weight loss.  (As if such a thing even exists!)  This little product gem caught my eye, and I just had to share it with you. 😉

Check out the video for yet another consumer gimick that makes me go “hmmmmm…..”

 Today’s Workout

Buy-in:  Snatch Tech

  • 5 rounds, adding weight each round of:  1 snatch grip deadlift, 1 hang power snatch, 1 overhead squat, 1 snatch balance

WOD:  Snatch Away!

25 min AMRAP of:

  • 400m run (1 rep)
  • 10 Power Snatches (55/75)
  • 10 Barbell Rows (55/75)
  • 10 double crunch
  • 10 Overhead Squats (55/75)
  • 5 wall walks
  • 46 reps per round – all reps count!

Zone 3:  scale bar weight to 45/65

Zone 2:  scale bar weight to 35/55, sub inchworms (10) for wall walks

Zone 1:  scale as needed
