Amazing opportunity for your Kids

This program offers kids a place to explore themselves through the power of movement and strength. We will focus on building a cohesive community while learning about important issues such as nutrition,  body awareness & mobility, self-esteem, and movement. A positive community builds self-awareness, confidence, and encourages healthy risk-taking. In this kind of supportive environment, kids can learn to push their own boundaries and understand the infinite strength inside of themselves. It is important to offer opportunity to take risks in a safe environment so that kids are able to understand their own power, what they are capable of, and feel safe enough to fail if they need to. This experience will demonstrate to youth that they can always do more than they think they can, a lesson that can be carried over into the rest of their lives!
