This is a great recipe for authentic Mexican taqueria style carne asada tacos (beef tacos).


Without a doubt the best taco I have made/ever eaten!!

Skill Practice Warm Up: fun warm up game

Strength: 2-2-2-2-2-2 Power Clean, increasing weight to near max or max

Super Set: 5-5-5-5-5-5-5 Half kneeling single dumbbell press, increasing weight to near max or max

Metabolic Conditioning: “Rose Tattoo”

For time.  5 rounds:
5 chin-ups
8 muscle cleans
15 wall ball

Performance: strict, 65/95lbs, 14/20lb WB
Athletic: kipping, 45/65lbs, 10/14lb WB
Health: 4 rounds, band assisted, 35/45lbs, 8/10lb WB

Scaling Guide: 8 – 11 min, about 2 min per round.

Scale Up: If you finish under 9 min, 25 cal row immediately after you finish
