Taranis Titan Challenge Results

Congratulations to all our competitors that competed in the Challenge this past weekend. It was a very challenging weekend with some really tough wods.  Saturday was a long day for our athletes from 7am – 11pm and completing 6 workouts.  I I am very proud of all of you and extremely proud that you stuck to the standards and completed all perfect reps with virtuosity.  None of our athletes let their form go while completing the workouts.  You should be very proud of yourselves!  Make sure to congratulate the athletes when you see them and ask them about their experience.  We hope to get an even larger representation next year!

Thank you to all the members that donated their time to judge/volunteer and support the community!  Congratulations to all the Westshore members that took part in the Mudd Sweat and Tears this weekend.  It looked like a blast!

Warmup the shoulders and hips before class



  • retest Max Strict Pullups
  • test Max Strict Press

* If you have already done so, complete 5 x 5 Strict Press



Taranis Titan Challenge, Event 2

20-15-10-5 rep rounds for time:
Toes to Bar
Hand Release Push Ups
Box Jumps 24”/20

*Burpees – jump over a line, don’t have to hit full hip ext on the jump.

Zone 2 – scale TTB to HLR, Pushups with a band
Zone 1 – scale as needed


Coach led mobility for thoracic extension and shoulder mobility
