Today’s Workout:
Buy In – Push Press 5 x 3 reps E2M
Increase the weight each set going for a heavy 3 reps. Only increase weight if you can maintain a tight core and not arch the back. Focus on a short dip and a quick drive to overhead.
WOD – “Just a Dash”
5 Rounds for time:
250m Row
25 Double unders
10 Toes to bar
1 Minute rest between rounds
Scored by total time minus the 4 minute rest
Games Prep – double under reps must be unbroken. If you trip up, you must start at rep 1 again
Zone 2 – scale to single skips (3:1)
Zone 1 – scale toes to bar to hanging leg raise or progression on the ground holding on to post
Cash Out – Spend the rest of the class working on your mobility goats. Ask your Coach for help!
