Canada Day WOD

Happy Canada Day Team!

Come down for a workout at either location in support of sending the Canadian qualified athletes to Carson California by a suggested donation of $5.  You are not required to sign in to class as this is a fundraiser workout.  The money raised by all the affiliates will be divided up amongst the individual athletes and teams that require assistance to the Reebok CrossFit Games in July.  If you would like to donate, but not able to come to the gym, go to: http://www.gofundme.com/ahsomc

For Time:
30 Back Squats
25 Burpees
20 Ground to Overhead
25 Burpees
30 Back Squats

 

Classes:

  • Westshore – 9:30am only
  • Downtown – 9:30pm & 5:30pm
