This week our primary lift, the back squat will be on Tuesday and Saturday! We will be doing 6 sets of 3 reps at 85-95% Tuesday and 8 sets of 1 at 90-95% on Saturday. For the most gainz, get as close to the percentages as possible. We also have some heavy snatches and power cleans in the mix for ya!
