Handstand pushups on a keg?

Today’s workout is made up of exercises that are in the benchmark wod Mary. Here is your chance to work on your gymnastics moves with a built in rest interval so you can focus on perfect form on all exercises 😀 With a partner, you will start off doing an 800M medball run. There is one ball per team and you will alternate holding it on the run. The ball is not allowed to touch the ground or there is a 25 burpee penalty. Once both team members have made their way back in the door, they can begin on the HSPUs, pistols and pullups. Partner one will begin by doing 1 rep, partner 2 does 1 rep, partner 1 does 2 reps, partner 2 does to reps… all the way up to 10 reps each and then you switch exercises.
Remember to maintain that hollow body position on the HSPUs! If you are unable to do head to ground with no kip and you lose your core engagement on the movement, try doing the movement on a box in a pike position. If that is too easy, try parallettes and do deficit HSPUs.
