Here is another write up for a previous WLC’r Nicci Rangel:

I just finished the e-mail survey for WLC and thought I better write you a quick note too. As you know I went into this challenge somewhat skeptical because I was terrified of the nutritional constraints but then I was happy to learn that I wouldn’t be minus points for diet so that changed my outlook immediately. I entered solely to increase my mobility as I honestly felt that maybe if I paid for something that would make me accountable for working everyday on my stretching. Pathetically, it really worked. Sad to admit that I work better when money is on the table!!!

Anyhow, I am very happy with myself for keeping my personal goals of mobilizing, activity and fish oil everyday. My other goal was to decrease mass sugar consumption (at times) and try harder to increase protein. I really tried and am happy with my effort which I don’t thinkI would have done without the accountability of the challenge! I stayed healthy and was surprised with final results and that makes it even better!!!

I plan on following their accountability program and although I am not certain I will do another session in the Spring, this one was a big success for me. I loved the blogs and insight and education provided- I think the guys write amazing articles and loved reading them as they always left me feeling like a success and somehow more individually empowered.

My only tiny negative was that I really started to need a break from it at the 6 week mark- I know it is probably designed for that reason and you need to push through to the finish but I definitely found it hard to stay the course the last 2 weeks– but, I did it and a big YEAH for all of us that did it too!!

Nicci
