Beacon Hill Frisbee Fun!

Have you had enough of working at maximal effort?

Varying functional movements?

Constantly moving?

Come out and enjoy lazing about with us at Beacon Hill Park. Bring your children, kittens and puppies to do as very little as possible with minimal effort and movements. Heck, you don’t even have to move at all!

Place: Beacon Hill Park

Date: Sunday July 29, 2012

Time: 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Activities include: Hanging around, throwing Frisbees, playing Bocce and enjoying each others company

What to bring: Big beach towel to sit on, sunscreen lotion, some snacks or money, maybe a small towel to wipe off your sweat from doing so very little!

 

Today’s Workout

Buy In – Max Front Squat – 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 Reps, every 3 minutes.

Share the racks, or work in a group and play “human rack” by helping each other lift up the bar.

WOD –”G.I. Jill” (G.I. Jane’s twisted sister!)

EMOTM for 15 mintues:

  • 5 burpees
  • 5 pullups

Zone 2 – scale to assisted pullups
Zone 1 – scale reps and time as needed

Cash Out – MWOD
* roll out glutes in figure four stretch
* roll out shoulders with ball
