Buy In – KB Snatch – 30 reps alternating sides, increasing weight each set
WOD – “Chasing Jane and Fran”
AMRAP in 20 minutes:
6 Burpee Pullups
12 Thrusters (65/95lbs)
200M Run
Score is 19 reps per round
Games Prep – upgrade the burpee pullup to a body blaster
Zone 3 – scale thruster weight to 55/95lbs
Zone 2 – scale to 6 burpees, 6 assited pullups, thruster weight as needed
Zone 1 – scale AMRAP to 15 minutes
