CrossFit Zone, Donald Peterson and Rob Mackay want to thanks to everyone who came out to the BBBS Fundraiser workout! We did a team workout with lots of Pullups, Burpees, Wall Ball and running. If you were unable to make it, please keep your eyes open for future fundraising events that will be held for BBBS of Victoria.

Today’s workout is a special one! It is the 4th workout that was done at the 2008 CrossFit Games (except today’s wod we are subbing hang squat cleans). Please watch this motivating video of a 14 year old girl, weighing 103lbs who competed with female adults! Just watching this clip makes me want to train harder! How about you?

Today’s Workout:

Buy In – 3 times through shoulder complex: 5 dislocates, 5 back scratchers (per side), ytw’s x 10 reps per position, clean and jerk technique

WOD

Elite: 30 hang clean and jerk (135/95)

Zone 3: Scale weight to 75/105

Zone 2: 50x Medball Clean and press (20/14)

Zone 1: 30x Medball Clean and Press (20/14)

Cash Out – Bridge DB Bench press 4 x 10 reps

  2. This is a pretty sweet little WOD. The morning class pushed themselves nicely, and I can’t wait to see the results from this evening’s classes! Showdown!
