Emily having way too much fun!

Lots of great PR`s this month from both gyms… way to go Zoners!  We had athletes get their first muscle ups this month!  Congrats to Astro Boy, Pelt, Soley # 2, John, and Emily for getting their first muscle up and Kelly for getting her first 3 ring dips.  If I missed you, my apologies and please post a comment so you can be recognized.

After tallying up the scores of improvement, there were a few people that did not submit scores, so you were ranked as “0” improvement.  Downtown there were 43 members that retested and 7 in the Westshore.

Downtown:
Most Improved  Female: Lindsee with 8 extra reps on her pullups
Most Improved Male: Barry with 5 extra reps on his dips
Average Improvement: 1.65 reps

Westshore:
Most Improved  Female: Melissa with 6 extra reps on her pullups
Most Improved Male: Kevin with 5 extra reps on his pullups
Average Improvement: 1.22 reps

So in conclusion the Cup will remain at the Downtown location.  Time to improve on those double unders so you can help your gym win the cup.  Book your skills sessions to dial in the doubles.  Make sure you are practicing with the right technique for efficiency!

  1. Brendon went from 0 muscle ups in the beginning of the month, to getting his first at the MU foundation then 5 by the end of the month. So a huge congrats to him.
