- When you are “on’ and do well, what is your thinking like?
- When you are “off” and do poorly, what is your thinking like?
- What have you tried to do to help yourself in those situations and have they worked?
- Any questions in general around the mental game.
Whole Life Challenge begins today!!! We will be hosting the Prelims, Measurements and a Q&A session today at both locations. Downtown – 12pm, Westshore – 9am
The Preliminary Workout is:
In 11 minutes:
800m Run (1/2 mile)
50 Sit ups
75 Squats
100 Push ups
As many Burpees in remaining time as possible
Score is total combined reps completed
– for example: if you get through 800m run, 50 sit ups, 75 squats and 67 push ups, your score is 192
