  1. Ya, not gonna make it today, guys. The back isn’t getting any better so I need to keep it dialed back for another while and get some more opinions. Getting hard to even squat.

  2. Are there plans to start doing Hero WODs on Sunday? If so, check out tomorrows (Monday the 15th) WOD on the main page:
    For time:
    155 pound Squat clean, 15 reps
    30 Toes to bar
    30 Box jump, 24 inch box
    15 Muscle-ups
    40 pound dumbbell Push press / push jerk, 30 reps
    30 Double-unders
    135 pound Thruster, 15 reps
    30 Pull-ups
    30 Burpees
    300′ Walking lunge with 45lb plate held overhead

    Looks pretty gnarly

    Yeah I think we’re going to get some of the superheroes wods going on again… we actually did that one a few weeks before the winter challenge… it was savage. Mikko’s time on that is absolutely ridiculous, even more so since it was the last event!!
