We’re on a deload week again, but we’re going to mix it up a bit: instead of just doing a bunch of super long, brutal WODs this week, we’re going to have some fun, do some Olympic weightlifting technique, and play some games! You’ll still get a sweat on, and I promise you’ll be more swole because of it. So NO CHERRY PICKING!
