Buy In – Coach led dynamic warmup

WOD – “Burping Fireman”

2 Rounds For Time:
200M Partner Hill carry (Partner 1)
50 Burpees
200M Partner Hill carry (Partner 2)
50 Burpees

Split the burpees up as needed with your partner, doing 50 total.

Games Prep – carry a dumbbell during the partner carry to add weight
Zone 2 – if you cannot carry your partner, scale to a farmers carry with 2 challenging KBs
Zone 1 – Scale as needed

Cash Out – Ball toss for accuracy
