Do you want to improve your GYMNASTICS??
Come check out our first Gymnastics class with Sam on Tuesday, April 2nd at 7:30pm. This is a trial class to see if you like it and if the time works. This class is open to all Zoners of any fitness level. Your first class is FREEEEE!!!
Sam wants to help you be comfortable performing any crossfit gymnastics movements without relying on the kip and doing it with ease. The skills he will focus on are: muscle ups, handstand push ups, pistols, pull ups and dips.
He will also incorporate: iron cross, planche, flare and handstand progressions for those interested to take it to that level!
His goal is for you to build raw strength so you can perform: 20 strict pull ups, chin ups, handstand push ups, pistols, 40 dips and 10 muscle ups consecutively.
