Halloween WOD!

This Saturday (October 31st) at 10:00am come down and do a WOD at CrossFit Zone wearing a costume of your favourite Super Hero!

Maybe one of the coaches is your “super hero.”ย  ๐Ÿ™‚

Today’s Workout:

Buy In – 3 rounds for time: 5 towel pullups, 10 burpee deadlifts, 15 kb swings (scale weights as needed)
