DETAILS: Attend any class you would like December 5th – 7th. YOU MUST ARRIVE 15 minutes early (or the coach will ask you to take the next class) to fill out a waiver and meet the coach! Show your guest through the warm up and be ready for class at go time. All guests are free! The classes are tailored to beginners with easy to learn movements.
If you have reached your allotted sessions for the week and want to bring a friend, just bring in a non-perishable donation for your class.
Today is Day 1 of the Pushup Challenge! If you do strict pushup burpees, they will count as reps for your total 🙂

WOD – “Stitches”
AMRAP in 12 minutes
P1: 100M Med Ball Run (14/20)
P2: KB Swing (35/55) (Score)
P3: Burpee Box Jump (20/24) (Score)
Score= Total reps of swings and burpees on the team
If the weather is nasty, sub rowing for the run
Games prep – up the box height to 24/30
Zone 2- scale KB as needed, add a rest station
Zone 1 – scale as needed
Cash Out – Group stretch / roll out
