Our Pushup Challenge month is coming to an end on January 5th, 2013.  Did you do your pushups over the holidays?

Make sure to submit your pushup score to deanna@crossfitzone.ca by 5pm on Saturday, January 5th to be eligible for the prize ($50 Gift Certificate for the Zone).

Today’s Workout:

Buy In – Coach led mobility / dynamic warmup

WOD“Thrustrated on Crack”

16 rounds of:
2 Thrusters, 95/135 lbs
Every 15 secs (4 mins)

Zone 4 – 75/115
Zone 3 – 65/95
Zone 2 – 45/65
Zone 1 – scale as needed

Cash Out – 4 rounds for time of: 12 burpees & 12 pullups

Games Prep – upgrade to chest to bar pullups
Zone 2 – scale to assisted pullups
Zone 1 – scale as needed
