Few tips for todays wod:

Try to pace the first run so that you can come right in and start on the squats.  You probably don’t want to go for unbroken wall balls on this one as the second set of squats is going to be a killer. Try to use a good wrist flick to get some extra height on the ball.  If your OHS went well in the skill part, consider scaling up for that extra challenge!

For the OHS, it’s all about mobility! Make sure your hips and shoulders are really warmed up so that you are moving in the best position possible
