Last week’s front squat results

Some solid PR’s last Wednesday when we tested front squats. If you missed it, try to test ASAP. We will be using percentages more and trying to build on the numbers that we got from the last round of testing (CFT – back squat, shoulder press, deadlift; Oly total – snatch, clean & jerk; and front squat). Record your training in order to maximize your results!
