We got new T-shirts in!  Nice new colour and a little bit different colour scheme on the logo.  The T-shirts have the same logo on the back ” Don’t use  a machine… BECOME ONE”.

WOD:  Double Up

For time:

  • 200m run
  • 50 double unders
  • 20 pullups
  • 10 handstand pushups (to floor, kipping allowed)
  • 20 pullups
  • 50 double unders
  • 200m run

Zone 4 – scale hspu to 1 15lb plate with yoga mat

Zone 3 – scale hspu as needed (stay inverted)

Zone 2 – scale to single skips (3x), assisted pullups, scale to regular pushups

Zone 1 – scale as needed
