A new way of cooking

Foodie Friday should be about food, this is sort of about food. I (Sandy) have a new love. I  just took delivery of a new Kitchen Aid Induction Range.  This is going to be so much fun, I am so excited to cook and create. When you want it hot – it is, almost instantly, when you turn it down – it is down.  I hope this means no more burnt bits while waiting for the burner to cool down.  My first meal is Hamburger Vegetable soup, cooked to perfection. Being able to regulate the heat does make a difference.   Does anyone else have an induction range, want to share your experience?
