Partner up!

Pick a partner that will be doing the same zone as you in the workout.  Both partners will share the same ball and bar if they are doing the same weights.  During the first movement, try to work on transition time between each other by catching your partner’s last wall-ball rep and continuing your rep.  If you are using a wall-ball for your slam-ball, please don’t slam it into the ground.  You are welcome to use the same technique and force bringing the ball to the ground, but please leave your hands on the ball.  Let’s use this workout to focus on communication and quick transition times in each of the sets.  This means calling out your last reps so your partner is prepped and ready to start their set.

Have fun and cheer each other on!
