Sometimes when life gets busy we can find ourselves starting our day quite grumpy. It is common place to wake up, immediately turn on the news, or pick up the paper. Often filled with the negative happenings going on in the world. This can have a surprising amount of influence on your overall personality.
One thing i try to do when i first wake up is to start my day with some uplifting music or thoughts. It does sound a little out there, but since starting this i have noticed a change how i routinely feel in the morning, Your self talk doesn’t need to resemble one of those self-help tapes. it can be as easy as ” today is going to be a great day”. Never underestimate the power of positive thinking and general positivity
