Pre- Game Huddle

If you have registered for the Whole Life Challenge, we are having our own Pre-Game huddle to go over all of the rules and answer any questions.  The Pre-Game huddle will be on Thursday, September 13th at 6:30pm at the Zone.  It shouldn’t take any longer than an hour.

The Whole Life Challenge Prelim Details:

  • Saturday, September 15th at 10:15am
  • Location – TBA
  • We will start of with the measurements and then go through the workout
  • The workout is:
AMRAP (reps) in 9 minutes of:
7 kettlebell swings ( 24/16)
7 burpees
50m run (25m down and 25m back)
 – score is the total number of burpees and kettlebell swings

Today’s Workout:

Buy In – Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5 E3M

WOD – “Burp’n Dash”

For time:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Burpees
200M run (in between burpee sets)

WOD – Mobility Goat – 10 minutes

  1. Haha wicked, it is my 3 year crossfit anniversary and this was my very first workout back in 2009! I remember having seriously sore pecks for a week afterwords.
