- how to create core stability: exercise prescription
- how much mobility is required for sage movement: stretches and movements to gain mobility
Monday, November 19th
The second seminar will cover:
- testing weak/tight muscles and weak/long muscles
- basic mobility pre/post workout stretch and strengthening
The cost is $20 (plus HST) per class

Buy In – Hang snatch technique. Yes, this is into a squat!
WOD – “Hang Snatch + Overhead Squat”
EMOTM for 20 minutes complete:
1 Hang Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat
Increase weight each round if your technique is solid. If you miss a rep, try that weight again or drop the weight down
Record as max weight lifted
Zone 1 – scale as needed
