Saturday Team WOD

Gang, here’s another return of the team WOD…

Buy-in:  In a team of 5 or 6, make up a team name and get organized for the wod.

WOD:  “Team, Work!”

Each individual will perform 3 rounds of the following circuit of exercises on a 40sec on, 20 sec off work:rest cycle:

  • Rowing (calories)
  • Rest
  • Burpees
  • Kettlebell swings
  • Rest
  • Step-down box jumps (jump up, step down is mandatory)

Regardless of the team numbers, the two rest stations will remain in the workout.  There is a fair amount of rest in this one, so push the pace when you can!  Keep the rowing erg ticking over on the calories and just count them at the end.
