Mr. Schmidt is right…  So get your butts on in to the Zone for a Saturday workout and make the most of YOUR weekend!

Today’s Workout

Buy In – Coach led dynamic warmup.  Then, make teams of 2-3 and name yourselves according to your team ‘s favourite food!

WOD – Teamwork

3 Rounds for time:

  • 50 tire flips with jump through
  • 15 wall walks
  • 50 ground to overhead (95/135)
  • 50 weighted situps (25/45)
  • 50 pullups

Zone 3 – scale ground to overhead to 75/115

Zone 2 – scale plates to 10/15lbs and ground to overhead as needed, scale to 2 rounds

Zone 1 – scale wall walks to inchworms, scale any other movements as needed

Cash Out – Group Stretch
