It’s that time again, come on out and have a great workout with a bunch of your friends!

Today’s Workout

Buy-in: 3 rounds of:  10 situps, 10 pvc dislocates, 10 pvc snatch balances, 10 jumping ring dips

THEN – get in a team of 3, team theme is “Aliens”

WOD:  Squints

5 rounds for time, in relay fashion of:

  • 8 hang squat snatch (65/95)
  • 200m row
  • first person goes through both squat snatch and row, then next person goes
  • after all 5 rounds are done, team must finish with

Zone 3 – scale to 55/75

Zone 2 – scale squat snatch as needed

Zone 1 – scale workout as needed

Cash-Out: Handstand and handstand pushup practice – try to accumulate 2-3 min or 20-30 min, scaled as needed
