THEN – get in a team of 3, team theme is “Aliens”
WOD: Squints
5 rounds for time, in relay fashion of:
- 8 hang squat snatch (65/95)
- 200m row
- first person goes through both squat snatch and row, then next person goes
- after all 5 rounds are done, team must finish with
Zone 3 – scale to 55/75
Zone 2 – scale squat snatch as needed
Zone 1 – scale workout as needed
Cash-Out: Handstand and handstand pushup practice – try to accumulate 2-3 min or 20-30 min, scaled as needed
