Scallops and bacon move over

While spending some time in Parksville we just had to go to the fish store at French beach. While Checking out the shelves I found salmon bacon-yes that’s right salmon bacon. When at the hour came along I decided to use the salmon bacon and wrap it around whole water chestnuts and bake for 10 minutes. Really, really good. Now all I have to do is find it in Victoria. Keep your eyes peeled for this delicacy in the freezer aisle and let me know if you find some.
