Last year, Regionals spectators (big and small 😉 ) didn’t have a cohesive ‘uniform’. Let’s change that!
Let’s talk about our spectator shirts for the CrossFit Games Canada West Regionals! Do any of you want a spectator shirt? If so, how many would you like, and in what sizes?
The brand will be American Apparel and purchase will be by donation ($5 minimum) going to help our beloved team get to Regionals! We will be putting in the order for these shirts next week. We don’t have the shirt design figured out quite yet, but if anyone has a design idea to submit, please do it before the end of the weekend! You can send your design brainwaves to Deanna at deanna@crossfitzone.ca .

The Easter long weekend is here, and it is promising to be filled with sunshine and fantastic weather! A reminder to you all about our reduced hours in lieu of the Holiday:
- TODAY: Saturday, Apr. 7th – 10:00 a.m. class ONLY (No 9:00 a.m. WOD or 11:00 Intro)
- Monday, Apr. 9th – 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. class ONLY. (No 10:30 a.m. lifting class, 12:15 p.m. class, or 4:30 p.m. WOD)
With this fabulous weather, you Zoners should be sure to get outside and stay active!
Today’s Workout
Buy In – Find a group and make up a team name, themed: Easter
WOD – “Team 10km Row”
In teams of 4, broken up as you wish, you must complete:
10Km on the erg (10,000 metres)
Cash Out – MWOD
* Stretch out hamstrings with a band
* Couch stretch
* Roll out upper and lower back

The shirts will be a mens shirt by american apparel. I am assuming that they will fit almost the same as the mens gildan shirts we sell at the gym.
