There have been lots of questions and comments around why we have been doing the strength component to the workout after the WOD…. The answer is because this is CrossFit! I know this is new for you, but CrossFit is being ready for the unknown. Part of the definition of CrossFit is constantly varied. You should be able to maintain proper technique and form after you are fatigued from a metcon. Time for a new adaptation for strength!
Were you able to lift the same weight for 5 reps or did you hit a PR?
