Hey all
Just a reminder that there will be an HP class tomorrow at 9:30. The HP classes allow us to try some creative WODs that don’t necessarily fit into a regular class. They are open to everyone so long as you are comfortable performing standard Crossfit movements and are able to scale appropriate to your level
I would love to see some new faces coming out, if you have any questions please ask!
