Meet at Esquimalt High track at 9:30. We will warm up and then get down to business.

We have a track, lets get some times….400m times that is. Come on down and let find out just how fast you can run/sprint/crawl/waddle….whatever
Second

teams will be decided on in a random and possibly unfair way once people arrive. Expect prowlers, more prowlers, burpees (on the ground, so don’t wear your brand new lulus) and maybe some KB swings
The third:
Think you can throw stuff? like far? then bring it and lets find out! It’s a good old fashioned stuff throwing contest…see how far you can throw stuff! Furthest distance gets accolades and possibly some flowers I will pick off the field if they are close by and not difficult to grab
This is open to all and since it is off site, doesn’t count as a class! Why would you not come to this????
