Hey Team!
Congratulations to Sean Bruce for Qualifying to the Canwest Games in the 35-40 category. It is taking place on the Canada day long weekend, July 2nd-3rd in Coquitlam at Percy Perry Stadium
We as a gym are planning on travelling to support Sean and cheer him on as he competes and represents our gym. I would also like to plan some other fun stuff for us to do while we are there.
Ideas
1. Canada day fireworks in Vancouver
2. Drop in to a Crossfit box all together for a workout on Saturday
3. Camping/swimming/BBQ/hike (and by BBQ I mean some cooked meat and beer, anyone play the guitar?)
