Buy In – Deadlift 5 x 5 reps, increase weight each set.
Then, take 10 minutes to warm up to your squat clean WOD weight.

- 7 Squat Cleans (105/155)
- 14 Kettlebell swings (35/55lbs)
Zone 3 – scale Squat Clean to 95/135)
Zone 2 – scale Squat Clean to 75/105, scale KB to 20/35
Zone 1 – scale as needed
