Hey gang! Here is a fun partner wod for you today 🙂 It will be just like the Five – O wod but different exercises.  Make sure to stay true to the full range of motion!  HAVE FUN!!!!!

Buy In – team running relay

WOD – “Rep it Out”

In Partners, complete as many reps at each station in 5 minutes.  Only one partner is allowed to workout at once.  Add all your reps together for a total score.

  1. Situps
  2. Burpees
  3. Box Jumps
  4. Squats
  5. Push Press  (45/65)

Cash Out – Stretching

  1. I’ll be running later this afternoon. 35-45 minutes EASY along the goose. I’ll be at the trailhead at Borden and McKenzie at 3pm, heading south, if anyone wants to join me.
