We are bringing back an old CrossFit Regionals team workout for you today.  Find 3 other athletes to challenge yourselves in with the 2011 CrossFit Regionals workout #6.  This workout is a gauntlet style workout.  All athletes start at the beginning of the workout, and you are not allowed to move to the next station until the person has completed all of the repetitions. There will be a time cap for the workout,  so that adds a little challenge.   There is a little strategy that goes into this one… do you put your fastest person first or last?   I believe at Regionals, we had a time cap of 25 minutes?  We will be having a 30 minute time cap on the workout today.  Meet some new friends and have fun!
