So the key for today is pacing. This is a longer WOD and will give you a great opportunity to work on strategy. Don’t go all out in the first 2 rounds and suffer for the rest. 200m isn’t far but if you full on sprint you’ll gas out quickly (don’t shuffle jog either 😉 The KB swings are a little bit heavier than normal so make sure you have that shoulder mobility to complete an American swing, if you are only getting range of motion by compromising your low back, lower the bell height to a hybrid or Russian style
Strength to day is moderate volume dead lifts. This should be a good push but form here is key for all the reps. Keep tight and drive through the legs. Push through and make the last rep look just as good as the first rep
